Chinese and African black teas are blended to make a delicious breakfast tea with the addition of heather flowers.
As we are based in Conwy we wanted a tea to represent our local area, and the beautiful purple flowers of the heather bushes that carpet Conwy Mountain seemed like the perfect addition to this breakfast tea. The heather flavour is subtle adding a calming tone and an ascetically pleasing contrast against the black tea leaves.
One of our most popular teas, enjoy it black or with a splash of milk.
Brewing Guide: one heaped teaspoon (roughly 5g) with 200-260ml boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes depending on preferred strength.
