So this stunning piece of kit has arrived, and is demonstrated here using a fruit tea. We of course like to use any tea in ours, so I’m brewing some fresh white spring buds this morning, in water at 70 degrees. You can of course use fruit tea at boiling, or make a cold brew tea with a stunning Japanese green tea, and make a mizudashi. Expect some time lapses of these on our instagram stories over the next few weeks!
