Gunpowder tea and Peppermint – add lots of sugar for authenticity!
Brew Guide: use 2-3g with 90’C water. Brewing time will vary depending on your preference. A quick infusion will offer a more minty less astringent infusion. If you like though let it stew for a couple of minutes, and then if you find it too bitter add lots of sugar for an authentic Moroccan mint tea.
