Mitiyana Estate is one of the best examples of Ugandan tea. A good rich flavour with malty tones and medium astringency – exceptional with a dash of milk.
The grading is BP (Broken Pekoe) so brews nice and strong.
Brewing Guide: one heaped teaspoon (roughly 5g) with 200-260ml boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes depending on preferred strength.
