This blend of peppermint, fennel and liquorice smells and feels as though it does you good! Gentle on the tum, brew about 5g with 200ml boiling water for basically as long as you like, as the liquorice and fennel take a longer steep for the flavour to come out.

Hi, I know that it says that this tea can be brewed for as long as you’d like, but what time would you personally recommend?
Thanks!

Hi Jack, it depends which flavours you want to come to the fore – the mint brews quicker because it’s a leaf, the fennel and liquorice are seeds and roots so brew much slower – so you would brew them for up to 7 minutes to get the flavour, and the mint for up to three – so I guess the answer is to play around with it – taste it after a couple of minutes, then again a couple of minutes later, and again – you’ll then find a time that you like the taste most at! No easy answers with tea eh!!
