West Lake Longjing #43 Pre-Qingming – Grade C

from £6.00
sale

If you like your genuine West Lake Longjing, look no further.  After years of searching, we have at last found a farmer who is willing to sell out of China. Most genuine Longjing has been sold within China for many years now, and we have had to resort to buying Dragonwell type tea from Yunnan, but if you're paying the money, you really want the real thing. We have two grades, this one being the (very slightly) cheaper one.  It comes in a lovely gift tin which holds 125g, but we can also sell it in much smaller quantities.

Dragon Well No.43 tastes more crystal and clean with a bit of sweetness, high grade of Dragon Well No.43 has a flavor of asparagus and buttery artichoke

Brewing Tips:

  • Brewing temperature: 85-95°C

  • Brewing duration: 180+ seconds
