Genmaicha is an interesting blend of Japanese Bancha, with toasted and popped rice, which gives it a delicious toasty warming flavour. In Japan it is served as a hot and cold drink - iced Genmaicha is delicious! Ours comes from Obubu Tea Farms in Wazuka.
