This particular Mao Feng is from Yunnan "large leaf" varietal tea tree and unlike other green teas it is not rolled and the leaves and buds stay largely unbroken. The flavor is bold and nutty but if not over-brewed is smooth and satisfying. This is the highest grade Yunnan Mao Feng available!
