Rwanda Lala Salama - Decaffeinated
Roasted by Mug Run
The name Lala Salama means ‘sleep well’ in Swahili, something I learned at one of my Christmas markets - the perfect name for a decaf coffee. This coffee is made from a selection of Red Boubon grown at 1600-1800 masl selected from 3 wash stations, Gitwe, Gitega and Gishyita. Before decaffeination the lots are wet processed.
Tasting notes are just lovely - orange, cherry, milk chocolate and almond butter.
