This is a delicious, complex and heady blend, perfect for wintry duvet days with a good book. It contains apple, orange peel, hibiscus, rosehips, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, safflower and almonds. Very popular in the shop, disappears as soon as it hits the shelves.
The name refers to the winter farmsteads which you find in the Welsh lowlands, as opposed to Hafod, which was the upland mountain home, where the farming families moved in the summer months.
