This one used to be a tisane we kept in stock for the summer, but it’s so popular, and so delicious, we now keep it all year round. The longer you brew it, the more like strawberry jam it gets, sweet and heady.
A lovely blend of freeze-dried strawberry pieces, with apple pieces, pineapple (pineapple, sugar), and flavouring.
10g in 250ml for a hot drink, or 20g in 250ml for an iced tea - brew it hot for 20 minutes first, then cool and refrigerate, serve over ice.
