This is an unsmoked Lapsang Souchong from Wu Yi, Fujian Province of China. Harvested in Spring 2024, this is one of my favourite teas. It has notes of dark chocolate, and has a gently sweet after-finish.
You can wash it once briefly, and brew at 90 degrees.
